@thepaulwilliams I think the amount of substitutions should be limited as the current rules gives the larger nations such an advantage. France and South Africa are classic examples.

This Six Nations has proved (if we didn't know it already), that rugby is a now a legit 23 player game. If you haven't got five forwards on the bench (minimum) of the required standard, then you can forget it.

I’m still a bit in shock about what happened yesterday. It’s going to take Welsh rugby a long time to get off its knees but least now the gross mismanagement of the game in Wales is there for everyone to see. Maybe that’s a good thing. No hiding place for the WRU.
