@dlevine815 Go beyond the one-brain-one-bot model of today and implement many-brains-one-bot features: e.g. taking turns recording opinions of the team, then ask ChatGPT to help us make decisions. ChatGPT's defaults often get in the way if you use them in workshop scenarios.

We've got big plans to improve the core ChatGPT experience in 2026. What are some thing you'd love to see? Even small ideas welcome! Looking forward to getting them built 🙏

@dlevine815 An alternative voice mode that is STT and then TTS, so we get proper answers of the (thinking) models, not just conversational fluff. I used to do this to prepare for meetings in the car. But that's not possible anymore. And yes, I am happy to wait for the answer of the model.

@emollick A new process? Successful innovation and design don’t follow a set process, but design the process (of course, using some patterns and activity groups like research, ideation, prototyping and implementation). And then they adapt to what they learn. How is that going to change?

Of the many processes impacted by AI, innovation/design thinking seems like a key one in need of urgent change. Some aspects remain (building empathy), but many of the constraints change dramatically with AI (as our research shows). Careful thought needed to define a new process.

@jamin @adamstjohn Yes, that‘s often the case since implementation in many projects is a massive risk, and too big. But what if implementing a small pilot in a niche market takes less than doing the prototype?

@paulg In the end it‘s not the ideas that work. It‘s the experiments they suggest. We learn from those experiments and practical explorations. Just let´s keep them small enough so it‘s not a big decision that people are scared to make.

Managers would like to be able to rely on something more solid than a smart person saying "this could be big," but that's not how ideas work. There is nothing more solid.

The best new ideas always have unanticipated benefits. So it's stupid to require people who want to do new things to enumerate the benefits beforehand. The best you can do is choose smart people and then trust their intuitions about what's worth exploring.

I just told someone that data shows negative experiences that companies turn positive through support channels are one of the best drivers of strong NPS. But I can't find the research. Did I make that up? Do you know what I'm talking about? #CX #NPS #servicedesign
