Nail salons (and hair salons too) need to start getting paid up front. Period. These workers aren’t running a charity—they’re providing a service. Imagine doing your job and someone just walks off like your time means nothing. Actions have consequences. Would you pay upfront if it meant stopping this nonsense? 👀 I would!
