In this scenario, that process determines joe@b.com has no package (delivery failed for that email). It tells Azure AD to disable the account: side effect joe@a.com becomes disabled whereas the account still has package A. We reproduced this in lab. 4/4

Hi @markwahl, we've been using Identity Governance and it's amazing what can be achieved. Thank you! We use it for guest users so access to our apps can be governed. We're however confronted with an impactful behavior for guest users who have multiple emails. 1/4
