SpaceX now has over 10,000 Starlink satellites in orbit, which is honestly an absurd engineering achievement.
And no, they are not just up there freelancing and hoping for the best.
They stay separated because they are placed in organized orbital lanes, constantly tracked, and able to maneuver when needed. Starlink also uses automated collision-avoidance systems, which is how a constellation this large can operate without turning low Earth orbit into a scrapyard.
It’s already the closest thing in the world to a true work-anywhere network and they are just getting started.

Bill Maher — a self-described atheist who regularly challenges religion — stopped his show to say something that most mainstream media won’t.
Speaking on Real Time in September 2025, he called out the near-total silence surrounding the systematic targeting of Christians in Nigeria.
“I’m not a Christian, but they are systematically killing the Christians in Nigeria,” Maher said. “They’ve killed over 100,000 since 2009. They’ve burned 18,000 churches.” He called it a genocide attempt — and then asked the question that cut to the heart of it: “Where are the kids protesting this? They don’t care because the Jews aren’t involved.”
Nigeria has been confirmed as the deadliest place in the world to be a Christian, with more believers killed for their faith there than the rest of the world combined. And just this past Palm Sunday, dozens more were massacred in Plateau State. When even Bill Maher is more willing to say it than the major news networks, something has gone very wrong in our public conversation.
Why do you think the persecution of Christians in Nigeria gets so little attention?

One line from Thomas Sowell completely rewired how Konstantin Kisin sees the world:
“There are no solutions, only trade-offs.”
Kisin says we’ve lost the ability to think like this. We treat every big issue — climate change, the NHS, COVID lockdowns, free speech — as if it has a perfect fix. But every policy, every choice, comes with real costs.
Locking down might save some lives but costs others.
More free speech means some people will get offended.
Trying to “solve” complex problems usually just moves the pain around.
The brutal truth? Most of our loud political shouting matches are childish because they pretend one side can magically eliminate problems that are eternal.
Once you internalize “no solutions, only trade-offs,” a lot of the noise starts sounding ridiculous.
What’s a trade-off you’ve had to accept recently — in politics, health, career, or relationships — that made you realise there really are no pure wins?

Reporter Catherine Herridge — one of the most respected investigative journalists in America — sat before Congress and delivered testimony that should send a chill through every newsroom in the country.
When CBS News laid her off in February, they didn’t just let her go. They 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 and 𝐬𝐞𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐝 𝐡𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐩𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐬 — including confidential source information. Herridge had been working with sources to expose government corruption and misconduct. Those sources went silent.
“𝘔𝘶𝘭𝘵𝘪𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘴𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘤𝘦𝘴 𝘴𝘢𝘪𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘸𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘤𝘦𝘳𝘯𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘣𝘺 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘮𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘦 𝘨𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘯𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘤𝘰𝘳𝘳𝘶𝘱𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘮𝘪𝘴𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘥𝘶𝘤𝘵, 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘸𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘣𝘦 𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘧𝘪𝘦𝘥 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘦𝘥.”
Think about what that means. A major American news network confiscated a journalist’s confidential files — the kind of records that exist specifically to protect whistleblowers — and the sources who trusted her with information about government wrongdoing went into hiding because they feared retaliation.
Herridge had already been held in 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐭 for refusing to reveal her sources on a national security story. She’s been fighting in federal court for 𝐭𝐰𝐨 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 and now faces fines of $𝟖𝟎𝟎 𝐚 𝐝𝐚𝐲 for protecting those sources.
She told the committee one of her children recently asked her “𝘪𝘧 𝘐 𝘸𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘨𝘰 𝘵𝘰 𝘫𝘢𝘪𝘭, 𝘪𝘧 𝘸𝘦 𝘸𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘭𝘰𝘴𝘦 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘴𝘦, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘪𝘧 𝘸𝘦 𝘸𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘭𝘰𝘴𝘦 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘧𝘢𝘮𝘪𝘭𝘺 𝘴𝘢𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘵𝘦𝘤𝘵 𝘮𝘺 𝘳𝘦𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘴𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘤𝘦𝘴.” She said she wanted to tell her child it was impossible — but couldn’t.
Then Herridge delivered the line CBS doesn’t want anyone to hear: “𝘊𝘉𝘚 𝘕𝘦𝘸𝘴’ 𝘥𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘦𝘪𝘻𝘦 𝘮𝘺 𝘳𝘦𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘳𝘥𝘴 𝘤𝘳𝘰𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘢 𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘐 𝘣𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘦𝘷𝘦 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘯𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘣𝘦 𝘤𝘳𝘰𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘢𝘨𝘢𝘪𝘯 𝘣𝘺 𝘢𝘯𝘺 𝘮𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘢 𝘰𝘳𝘨𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘻𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯.”
She noted that her former employer 𝐅𝐨𝐱 𝐍𝐞𝐰𝐬 — the network the media establishment loves to attack — has been funding her legal defense. “𝘕𝘰𝘵 𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘺 𝘫𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘯𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘴 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘵 𝘰𝘯 𝘢 𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘦𝘳 𝘦𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘰𝘺𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘶𝘱𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵 𝘢 𝘤𝘰𝘴𝘵𝘭𝘺 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘷𝘪𝘨𝘰𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘴 𝘥𝘦𝘧𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘍𝘪𝘳𝘴𝘵 𝘈𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵.”
CBS News seized the files of a journalist who was investigating government corruption. They didn’t fire her for getting it wrong. They fired her for getting too close.

𝐃𝐎𝐔𝐆𝐋𝐀𝐒 𝐌𝐔𝐑𝐑𝐀𝐘: 𝟕𝟒% 𝐎𝐅 𝐍𝐄𝐖 𝐁𝐑𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐒𝐇 𝐉𝐎𝐁𝐒 𝐖𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐓𝐎 𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐄𝐈𝐆𝐍-𝐁𝐎𝐑𝐍 𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐊𝐄𝐑𝐒 — 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐀𝐍𝐘𝐎𝐍𝐄 𝐖𝐇𝐎 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐏𝐋𝐀𝐈𝐍𝐒 𝐈𝐒 𝐀 𝐍𝐄𝐎-𝐍𝐀𝐙𝐈
Douglas Murray just delivered one of his most devastating indictments of the UK political class — and the parallels to America are impossible to miss.
The core number: since 2008, 𝟕𝟒% 𝐨𝐟 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐣𝐨𝐛𝐬 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐠𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐠𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧. For 𝟐𝟎 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬, British voters have asked for reduced immigration every single election and been promised action. Instead, immigration went up.
Murray’s question cuts to the bone: “𝘐𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘶𝘣𝘭𝘪𝘤 𝘬𝘦𝘦𝘱 𝘴𝘢𝘺𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘰𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘯𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘰𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘯𝘴 𝘬𝘦𝘦𝘱, 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘪𝘨𝘯𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮, 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘪𝘯𝘴𝘶𝘭𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮, 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘰𝘸𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘥𝘰, 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘴𝘦 𝘱𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦?”
The answer, apparently, is nothing. “𝘌𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘢 𝘱𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘦𝘧𝘶𝘭 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘵𝘦𝘴𝘵, 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘦𝘧𝘶𝘭 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘵𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘴 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘥𝘦𝘧𝘢𝘮𝘦𝘥 𝘢𝘴 𝘧𝘢𝘳 𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵, 𝘯𝘦𝘰-𝘯𝘢𝘻𝘪𝘴.” Murray pointed to a single man with a swastika tattoo being used to discredit entire movements: “𝘐𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘨𝘶𝘺 𝘳𝘦𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘸𝘩𝘰 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘳𝘺 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘭𝘢𝘶𝘨𝘩𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘪𝘯 𝘚𝘰𝘶𝘵𝘩𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵? 𝘐 𝘸𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘯𝘰𝘵.”
Then he exposed the double standard that no British politician will touch. When an imam is caught preaching violence in a mosque, “𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘣𝘭𝘺 𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘧𝘶𝘭 𝘵𝘰 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘴𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘵 𝘪𝘴𝘯’𝘵 𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘪𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘸𝘩𝘰 𝘢𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘮𝘰𝘴𝘲𝘶𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘪𝘯 𝘧𝘢𝘷𝘰𝘳 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴. 𝘠𝘰𝘶 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘢𝘺 𝘪𝘵’𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘰𝘯 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘯𝘰 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘦𝘭𝘴𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘱𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘣𝘭𝘦.” But when working-class Brits protest mass stabbings and terrorism? The entire crowd gets labeled neo-Nazis.
Murray’s framework for what’s happening is devastating in its simplicity: “𝘐𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘥𝘰𝘯’𝘵 𝘥𝘦𝘢𝘭 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘢 𝘱𝘳𝘪𝘮𝘢𝘳𝘺 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘣𝘭𝘦𝘮, 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘨𝘦𝘵 𝘴𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘥𝘢𝘳𝘺 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘣𝘭𝘦𝘮𝘴. 𝘈𝘯𝘥 𝘪𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘧𝘰𝘤𝘶𝘴 𝘰𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘥𝘢𝘳𝘺 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘣𝘭𝘦𝘮, 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘰𝘯𝘭𝘺 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘴𝘰𝘭𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘳𝘪𝘮𝘢𝘳𝘺 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘣𝘭𝘦𝘮, 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘪𝘵 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘴𝘦.” The primary problem is 𝐦𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐢𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭. The secondary problem is public anger. Starmer’s government is obsessed with policing the anger while doing nothing about the cause.
The same playbook runs in America. Call border enforcement racist. Label parents at school board meetings domestic terrorists. Smear anyone who questions the status quo as an extremist — then wonder why trust in institutions evaporates.
