@vgrande @ksm_csed I go through periods where I obsessively colour code everything in my calendar, and periods where I don't look at colour at all. Part of that is Outlook for Mac's very limited colour palette. I wish we had auto-colour options by keyword!

@ksm_csed Thank you for this! I use a bold color to indicate urgency. For example, a work session about something that needs to be completed that day or soon (but can be moved, as opposed to a meeting). Thank you for the color inspiration!
