@Marriott @MarriottBonvoy not sure why anyone who travels for business would use your rewards program i have had multiple stays to your hotels that my number is associated to the reservation at checkin, and no points or stays are ever added to my account. 1/3

They took advance for wedding space. My father expired, they didn’t refunded..! Have space for these situations in your policy..! It has been the toughest phase of my life..!! @Marriott
