Just went on @AmericanAir app to reserve my meal for May27th flt. App will not allow reserving of the meal. In red it says to wait until april 27th to reserve. Well today is the 27th, so what got screwed up on your end?

3/3 Never had an employee need to do a COUNT before or when the train arrives. Multiple years of riding never happened before.

2/3 I showed proof of my scanning a machine, she touches my phone and goes into the screen to charge my account again. Not sure of the true scam, but it is not right. Communicate properly and NEVER TOUCH A PASSENGERS PHONE. Her story seems like B.S to me.

@ctlyle1 @AmericanAir What changed is @AmericanAir would rather sell upgrades then give them for free. Also gate agents dont take the time to assign upgrades so the seats go empty. Once in a while once the boarding is complete the gate agents will process upgrades forcing people to move at last minute

I have platinum status on @AmericanAir. The first year, I got upgraded fairly often…maybe once out of every 4/5 flights. The last few years of retained status, I’ve been upgraded 1-2x, flying fairly frequently and mostly American hubs. Wonder what changed…

@GreenStateCU a little disappointed i am a member, emailed branch employee on march 31st. Got a vacation reply 4 employee's return on 8th. Now the 13 of april & no response 2 email. Wondering if that employee was fired after vacation. Please assist. Question had a time limit

To keep the weight and fuel calculations correct. The passenger area weight calculation usually has extra weight available versus under the plane.

@AmericanAir flt#3509 to Carlsbad, gate agents at group 5 boarding claim overhead bins full without any communication from the plane. Considering passenger area bags are calculated differently than under plane weight you would think you would want pass area bags completely full

@Support what is the point of blocking pages or ads when they continue to come back to my timeline. If I dont like or agree with the page I block it, but for the last couple months blocked pages and ads keep appearing. Kind of bait and switch tactics.

@cevalogistics not sure who would willingly use your services.. No packing slip, no BOL, no signature required upon delivery, and no paperwork at all to tell someone where the pallet goes. He delivery sticker that also gives no information says due date of 2-22-26 not today.

@USPSHelp @USPS the attached piece of mail according to my daily emails including SUNDAY has been expected to arrive since November. Can you please take it out of your system? Bad enough to not get mail on the day the email says, but worse to never get something for weeks

@CoxHelp please let the phoenix region know of an outage in 85258 zip code. Started at 130am, came back on about 4am, and now has been out for 2+ hours. No phone, internet or cable service. App shows no outage, but my cameras and other devices all telling me not service
