This is a story of why: - @Google shouldn't just crawl any URL it finds somewhere (@methode); - Google Seach Console (GSC) *should* send an email when you suddenly have hundreds of errors (@marrrr); - we need a GSC API that gives errors per site instead of per URL. 2/4

We built something pretty cool for @Yoast SEO a few weeks ago. Today we had to rip it out right before release, because it had unintended side effects. The feature was inspired by @coywolf's tweet a couple of weeks ago: a QR code on pages for printing. A fun little thing. 1/4

I wish @googlesearchc would add a link to GSC for the property within the Wordpress Site Kit so that even while GSC is in "gathering data" mode, there is a quick link to do all the other stuff in GSC in the meantime... like adding sitemaps LOL.

It's entirely plausible that PEBKAU, but what used to be a relatively straightforward process for setting up site tracking has now become an annoying point of friction.

The Google Analytics 4 setup is so annoying, esp the runaround integration with SiteKit plugin for WordPress. I went from a < 5min setup on a new property to an "I still don't know if this is working" click loop.

今回の出張の目的の一つでもある ROTHY’S のフラットシューズ入手🥰 メーガン妃が着用したことで知名度が上がりましたが、ペットボトルを再利用した繊維などエコ素材を使用した作りになってます。 何よりも、環境にも配慮しつつ、デザイン性や快適性を犠牲にしてないのが素晴らしい😆💕
