@ElPabz Mine too got disabled. Ask a meta staff for help to unban your account. That’s how i managed to get mine unbanned and back up.

My Instagram account was permanently disabled, and my Facebook account was disabled too because it was linked to my Instagram. They say the reason is that I was asking people for help. But what hurts me deeply is this question: why were we forced into this situation in the first place? Why are we trapped in our own land? Why are we prevented from receiving enough food? Why were our homes destroyed, our land bulldozed, our universities ruined, and our jobs taken away? We are surrounded from every direction, struggling every day just to survive — and on top of all of that, we are told that we shouldn’t ask people for help. How are we supposed to survive in silence? I’m truly heartbroken over losing my Instagram and Facebook accounts because I may never recover them. They held years of memories, photos, conversations, and friendships. I had an archive of my life there — memories that can never be replaced. What we are living through is incredibly painful. And what hurts even more is that all of this is happening in front of the entire world… and the world remains silent.

@instagram Once again Instagram, Facebook, and now threads delete an account for absolutely no reason there's no way to speak with anybody no way to get anything resolved The account was more than likely hacked my question is what purpose does the helpline at any of these platforms exist?
