Have you ever tried a 72-hour fast? After 48-72 hours your body flips the switch: autophagy kicks in, cleaning damaged cells, regenerating stem cells & crashing insulin resistance. Do it every few months & watch your energy, clarity & resilience soar. Who’s tried it? MAHA @RobertKennedyJc

This image is a beautiful reminder that before we learn to analyze, categorize, or doubt our authenticity, we create simply for the joy of experiencing the energy of the moment. It captures the essence of creation in its purest form: spontaneous, vibrant, and alive. “Every child is an artist. The problem is how to remain an artist once he grows up.”― Pablo Picasso

On The Ridge We can grow by simply listening, the way the tree on that ridge listens its branches to the sky, the way blood listens like a basin when my head so full of grief can’t look you in the eye. We can listen our way out of anger, if we let the heart soften the wolf we keep inside. We can last by listening deeply, the way roots reach for the next inch of earth, the way an old turtle listens all he hears into the pattern of his shell. Author: Mark Nepo From: Reduced To Joy

Support Gut Health As you’ve learned, your brain and gut are closely connected, hence supporting your gut is absolutely necessary to heal your brain cells. Eating a gut-friendly, anti-inflammatory, and nutrient-dense diet is a must. Additionally, support a gut microbiome balance with healthy bacteria by eating probiotic-rich foods, such as sauerkraut, kimchi, and kefir, and taking a daily probiotic supplement. Strawberry Fields Forever, Beatles Songs Which Carry a Transcendental Message “Let me take you down, ’cause we’re going to Strawberry fields. Nothing is real. And nothing to get hung about, Strawberry fields forever. Living is easy with eyes closed, Misunderstanding all you see, It’s getting hard to be someone but it all works out It doesn’t matter much to me. No one I think is in my tree I mean it must be high or low That is you can’t you know tune in but it’s all right That is I think it’s not too bad” This song might signify the Beatles as front-line leaders of the progressive movement in the sixties and the reference to strawberry fields seems obvious, especially with Lennon as the lead songwriter. Either an acid flashback or some picture of heaven, you don’t need to be stoned to appreciate the imagery. The song also references the popular belief that the universe is a hologram, or entirely illusory. Life is an experiment, an exploration and reality malleable. The Beatles sing about taking up the positive side of a disagreement in their songs, but it seems that here they have progressed from ‘You say stop, and I say go, go go,’ to ‘No-one is living in my tree/living is easy with eyes closed, misunderstanding all you see.’ The latter lyric is certainly a reference to perception and our choice in the experience of our lives; the ego closes itself off to others and aggressively stands its corner, misunderstanding everything that come that comes its way. The best route is an openness and lightness to everything, but that is also the difficult path as keeping our eyes open in order to experience truth threatens the ego and our baser, survival instincts. Hi Marcelle, You are bang on the target with your lucid observations. Agreed we should not focus only on money alone. "So yes, let the belly be full, let the mind be secure -- but let the heart stay hungry for the Truth" Simple yet profound words. It's a rare combination to have a way of words and a way of noble ideas. Thanks for everything

I completely agree with you, Naveen. You’ve hit on a very real truth: when our basic survival needs are met, it opens a sacred door for the mind and soul to look upward toward deeper truths. Financial security can be a beautiful gateway to spirituality. But here is the caution we must hold close: while money is essential for that security, we must never make it the only thing. If we get comfortable and forget to question deeper, we risk drifting through life in a gilded sleep. The great danger is that one day, a person might wake up in the later chapters of life and realize they have no inner path out of a meaningless existence. So yes, let the belly be full, let the mind be secure—but let the heart stay hungry for the Truth. :-)

Thanks Marcelle. Thanks for sharing your thoughts on money and enlightening me. Yeah I said money can buy us happiness. I said that to goad the answerer.(You)😀 As usual great insights from you. You never disappoint me and I have to restrain myself from praising you. But I believe in giving the credit where it's due. I believe, yeah money makes us secure and if our basic needs are fulfilled, we automatically move towards spirituality. If the belly is full, we begin to wonder about life and search for the TRUTH.

You’ve brought up a question that humanity has wondered about for centuries… I have to say I was surprised that you seem to agree that money buys us happiness. So let’s look at this with both a practical eye and a deeper perspective on awareness. To your first point: Yes, money can absolutely solve a specific category of problems. It buys security, comfort, healthcare, and freedom from daily stress. But there is a distinction: sure money buys comfort and pleasure, but it cannot buy joy, peace, or fulfillment. Money can buy a magnificent house, but not a home filled with love. It can buy access to the finest minds, but not wisdom. It can buy distraction, but not a quiet mind. True happiness, or what we might call suffering-free awareness, is an inside job. It is a state of being, a high vibration of gratitude, presence, and connection to the universal intelligence. If a person is wealthy but lacks inner peace, their mind will simply find or create new, non-financial problems to suffer over. So, I agree that financial abundance is a wonderful tool that eases the human experience and yes we should have enough money so we can clear away the external noise, and have the quiet and the space to cultivate the true, lasting happiness that lives within our own consciousness. Also true that once the financial problems are gone, we are free to satisfy all our desires but will this bring us happiness?
