@WVSoccerdad I've never seen him play for his club team so I'll defer. I guess what I'm seeing is more a lack of intensity causing him to be a step slow.

@marshallcotiger I don't know that it's an athleticism issue so much as one of motivation. If he can play at the champions league level, I don't think playing at the international level is much of a step up (and likely a step DOWN). I just don't know that he cares about playing for the USMNT.

If only we'd see this in a USMNT shirt...lol. From what I've seen, he'd be more likely to trip on the ball when playing for us.
