@LynnVia7 @KTLA We have on one Carlsbad. It’s awesome and the reason San Diego isn’t water dependent on anyone else. It’s been here for 7 years.

@KTLA They need to figure out how to send the plankton alive back to the ocean and figure out what to do with the salt other than put it back into the ocean. Desalination technology needs more research before it is implemented. We need lots more reservoirs to catch fresh water.
