To strengthen young voices in trade unions we have to understand trade union structures and values, build skills and promote youth participation in all levels. Today in Islamabad 🇵🇰we are working with more than 30 young workers from UNI sectors in building collective youth voice

It’s a wrap! We concluded three days of work with young workers in Pakistan, from union visits to debates and brainstorming sessions, this energetic group has not only managed to set a course for their future work, but even elected their own youth committee!💪🏽🇵🇰 #youthriseup

For 10 years we have worked in building skills on more than 2000 women across the world. Each program is as unique as the other and we are awed at the power of these women who fight for equality in their countries, in their workplaces and in their unions. This is power #equality
