Las desigualdades en el mundo laboral siguen siendo profundas: ⬇️Las mujeres ganan en promedio 20–30% menos que los hombres. 👩🏽‍🚀Abandonan el mercado laboral 9 veces más por responsabilidades de cuidado. ⌛️Podrían pasar 140 años para alcanzar la igualdad en liderazgo laboral.
