I consider myself lucky that I never felt that bias. But I can't pretend I don't notice when I'm one of 5 women in a room of 50 people.

@BaptisteGomb asked what are urgent seismic simulations. We want to be able to model an #earthquake right after it happens to gain information about the shaking. Challenges? Urgent access to HPC, sensitivity to source parameters and local velocity models.
