From garden to table. This has been an unusual growing season. My tomatoes are still green, the okra isn’t producing much, but the peppers are producing more than I can keep up with. Being a gardener has given me a much deeper appreciation for farmers. They depend on Mother Nature, and in farming there is no such thing as certainty. Every harvest is a blessing.

Something is badly broken in our system. @ScottPresler has exposed more evidence that non-citizens are receiving rights reserved for American citizens. Meantime, the left continues to say there’s nothing to see here. Non-citizens should not be receiving jury summonses, and they should not be on our voter rolls. If our government can’t verify citizenship before extending these rights, it is an unacceptable failure. It’s time to clean this up and hold people accountable. And we must pass the SAVE America Act to restore confidence that our elections are reserved for American citizens.
