@elonmusk Why can’t you just go to therapy and fix your internal problems and traumas, instead of externalizing it all and trying to bully everyone around you into submission? You have problems and an intelligent person (which I for a long time thought you were) would do some intospection

One lesson I've learned during my career: Meta/Facebook is not a trustworthy platform partner. It's honestly hard to remember how many things they have offered developers since the first F8 in 2008 that they have since taken away: An Infinite number of feed algorithms, WhatsApp Groups API, Instant articles, Friends API...etc.
OpenAI@OpenAI

Meta changed its policies so 1-800-ChatGPT won't work on WhatsApp after Jan 15, 2026. Luckily we have an app, website, and browser you can use instead to access ChatGPT.

Stock markets always baffle me. Tomorrow Google stock will rebound due to tariffs. Meanwhile OpenAI just announced 1 bn users? How is this not the beginning of the end for Google? Personally I barely use it. Why is that not a shock event to the market?

@SujeebunShyan @elonmusk Agreed. Essentially, back in the late 2000s and 2010s when explosions & shootings started, Sweden didn’t do anything, and preferred to look away. So among gang members, this became the established “culture”/way to handle conflict. Which makes it much harder to stop now.

Because Sweden has allowed it to happen . It could have been stopped more effectively . But politicians advised by social pressure groups did not try to change the laws that would have enabled the authorities to deal with them more effectively - There are other aspects too . But I’ll stop here today .

@elonmusk Dude. When will you start to accept that even you are totally clueless in some regards? You don’t need to involve yourself in everything. It gets pretty hard to see and appreciate your achievements and qualities, the more you act like a total idiot. Wake up.

@MagnusHambleton Many have been traveling to Europe since after Covid, for the first time. Maybe this contributes. Now many Americans have a lot of thoughts on Europe. Conflicting ones (lots of this can be seen on TikTok). A way to “fix” this is coming up with simple stories.

What is going on with this Europoor thing? Why are so many US tech people suddenly obsessed with us?

@erikbryn @pietergaricano The SF Bay Area probably also has more homeless people than the entire Europe. Which doesn’t invalidate the “tech value”, but adds complexity to the picture.

@StockMarket_AI @AlanMamedi Visst.

Ingen betalning sker i bilen.

@andreasklinger Innovation with a conscience. That’s what Europe can do (and many companies already are doing), and what the US, on average, is bad at. There it’s more “innovation at all costs and no matter the collateral damage”.

Europe needs its own identities and own brands. As much as i like eu/acc as a brand it’s still inspired/copied of an american brand/meme that people think of when they hear it. I wonder what a truly independent european brand could be.

@MagnusHambleton Funny thought that many things in Sweden actually are fairly efficient (despite there being no word), while the stereotypical inventor of efficiency Germany is rather characterized by inefficiency in many aspects (for example time-consuming bureaucracy).

@MagnusHambleton Yep it’s quite strange that there’s no distinction. I’m def on favor of making up “efficient” as a new Swedish word. I’m basically already using it.

@nylanderjens Coolt!

@levelsio As often, there’s more context to it. For example in Sweden, most people don’t pay tax on stock gains. There’s a low flat annual tax on your total holding, but say you rode Tesla or Microsoft for years to the top, you could make a fortune and pretty much keep all.
