Today marks 20 years since the tragic events of 7/7. We honour those who died, the survivors, and the heroism of the emergency responders and everyone who stepped in to help. Our thoughts remain with all those who continue to be affected by the attacks.

Today, the @theRCN Bristol conducted a study day on many subjects such as: cardiac, renal, allergy awareness, end of life and palliative care! I even taught a session! The day was very informative, there was some great networking and collaborative learning going on. Bravo team.

Today I, along with a few of my colleagues, gained an insight into all aspects of Funtional Neurological Disorder (FND).

On Monday, I attended an @RCNSouthWest study event in Bristol about if I am being paid properly. The study event was very informative, with plenty of discussion on safe staffing, the 14 area of the nursing workforce standards and the job description of a registered nurse.

This series was an interesting study on several sets of twins. One twin was to have a vegan diet and the other an omnivore diet. This study goes through health and environmental factors. The results are fascinating.... vegan or omnivore? Watch it here g.co/kgs/MXnCp31
