@PurpGoldLakers I'm a Canadian so I want to cheer for SGA. He's super talented but.... This stuff that he and the rest of the Thunder do is absolute bullshit! I hope they lose and that the league cracks down on this stuff next year.

SGA had the ball stolen, proceeded to pull his jersey and foul, then acted surprised when it was called EMBARASSMENT TO THE SPORT WE LOVE

@33643pts I think he'll end up staying but if he were to leave I doubt the family would move. He's a billionaire, he'd buy or rent his own place in the new city and go home when he can. Especially in Cleveland where he still has friends and family.

I really can’t see Bron uprooting his family now and leaving the post-career brand he built in LA. He’s never been this comfortable with life off the court in his entire career & I find it hard to believe he’d leave all that for a 1 year stint anywhere else

@KSchneckner @ClaireMPLS You really don't think so? I know Mobley isn't near the player that Giannis is but he's much younger, less injury history, & already has a DPOY win. I think it's possible

if i’m cleveland, i trade donovan, find a way to get off the harden contract, trade for kyrie, and recruit lebron to reunite with him back in the land for one last job like it’s oceans 11

@Jed_Pascua @LakeShowCP That trade is right up there alongside letting Caruso go as some of the worst decision making possible! Zubac should still be on this team now

@LakeShowCP Maybe if they had drafted a center or traded for a young 5 wayyyy back when AD wanted them to they'd actually have a well developed, starter quality big now. Instead they've messed around with the 5 spot and drafted guards.

The Lakers are once again searching for a center this offseason. Robert Williams III. Walker Kessler. Mark Williams. And now the mission feels even bigger with Luka Doncic running the offense. The Lakers have needed a true long-term center for YEARS. Can they finally land one?

@HeartfeltPanda @WITNESSKJ Bron will do what he wants but if I'm Cleveland I: Trade Mobley for Giannis Tell Harden to decline or salary dump trade incoming Either Bron could sign for low contract or sign and trade with Allen going to LA. Mitchell becomes an excellent 3rd option.

@WITNESSKJ You can scrap the Cavs as a real option for LeBron bc theres no chance in hell he wants to go there and play with Harden. Not to mention the coach there seems like one of the worst he could have for potentially his last season if he chooses to play. If harden stays, no LeBron.

I keep seeing people bring up San Antonio and/or Minnesota for LeBron. Where does that even come from? If LeBron is playing basketball next season, I’d be stunned if it’s not for the Lakers, Cavs, or Knicks.

This is a disgraceful late-game show of effort by the @cavs. Hate to say it, because I’m a @nyknicks fan, but it’s just the truth: when you see this franchise quit like they just did, it needs someone who cares a bit more. Someone proudly accountable to Cleveland. Yes…..I’m saying it…….they need @KingJames to return home to save the day…..if THIS group is ever going to bring a title back to Cleveland. Seriously!!!!

@DamienPetersNBA Trade Mobley & Some draft to Milwaukee for Giannis Trade Allen to Lakers for LeBron Trade Harden on his option to Chicago or anywhere that will take him or let him walk. Cleveland rolling into next year with Mitchell, Bron & Giannis is deadly & box office!

Cavs offseason plans should be: 1. Move on from Kenny Atkinson 2. Do not extend James Harden 3. Ensure Donovan Mitchell enters next season as your number 2 not number 1 (big fish hunting) 4. Acquire a few enforcers/tone setters/true locker room leaders 5. Sign LeBron James

@TrevorLane Mobley & Schroeder for Giannis. Then some kind of multi team sign & trade that gets Harden out and brings Bron home. I just don't know who takes Harden at this point on any sizable contract.

For Cleveland, is an ECF Finals appearance, maybe a sweep, enough to keep the most expensive roster in the NBA together?

@nbaking44 @NycVipers Whether it's bad advice or not depends on his goals. If Kyrie wanted more rings he should have stayed on the championship team. If being a franchise player was more important to him than he made the right choice for him. I would call it a mistake but only Kyrie can say for sure

@NycVipers How is that bad advice? Kyrie hit the series winning shot, out played the unanimous reigning mvp and got 0 credit for the win after averaging 27 ppg as a 2nd option which is unheard of. Kyrie was the mvp of that series.

R.I.P to Kobe, but his advice to Kyrie ruined Kyrie’s career. Kobe Bryant advised Kyrie Irving that if he wanted to be the primary player and lead his own franchise, he would need to leave LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers

It's a misinterpretation of tiger's brilliant evolutionary adaptation. Tigers are apex predators. Adult tigers don’t have natural predators to worry about, so they don't need "anti-predator" defenses. Instead, those striking white spots on the back of their ears (called ocelli) serve a much deeper biological purpose. When a tiger lowers its head to drink, its ears naturally rotate and flatten out. Even an apex predator is vulnerable when its head is down at a waterhole. Rival tigers, large packs of dholes, or mugger crocodiles can seize the moment. To a predator stalking from behind, it looks like the tiger is staring straight at them. But the adaptation goes further. In dense woods & grass, a tigress uses these high-contrast white spots as silent, visual guideposts for her cubs to follow. The problem exists because we project our own ideas of defense onto an animal that is actually using a masterpiece of offensive signaling and maternal communication.

@legoatjames_6 @Lakersided310 @PolymarketHoops @LebronJames_PR It's tough too because he actually played ok for Washington but you're right, the decline had already begun. I partially understand Bron thinking Westbrook could help but he was wrong. Still more Rob's fault for the lopsided trade even if Bron wanted him.

@marvelhoops @Lakersided310 @PolymarketHoops @LebronJames_PR people don’t realize Westbrook used to shoot 80%+ from the ft line and be a somewhat decent jump shooter. Something inexplicable happened to him Now he shoots fts in the 60s and can’t hit a jumpshot if his life depended on it. Either way, how is Russ’s play pinned on bron lmao

@RatioNChill @CjCimagala @calvingonba Even if I agreed with you, which I don't and neither of us will ever know the exact events... It's still the GM that has to make the deal & do what's best for the team. And even if he's doing what Bron wants why the hell did he give up a pick in that deal? Poor asset management!

LOL what do you mean they said “no” to Kyrie 😂😂 Kyrie was never coming there to play for the mid level so wtf you even talking about? Bron deserves a major share of the blame plain and simple I assure you that if Bron wasn’t actively pushing for that trade, it wouldn’t have happened and they would have gone the hield / demar etc route They had the best record in the west until the injuries came … there was no desperation to blow everything up

People on here saying “he wanted DeRozan instead!!” Like he wouldn’t have been a bad fit & a terrible decision as well. He hasn’t contributed to winning basketball in years. LeBron has nobody to blame but himself. Rob had a deal w/ SAC for Buddy Hield before pivoting to Westbrook when Bron pushed it. That being said, Rob has nobody to blame but himself as well, he had the final say.

@CjCimagala @RatioNChill @calvingonba Before the Westbrook trade they at least said No to Demar and Ty Lue. After they've said No to a bunch of requests including Kyrie. Quite possibly several more but we can't know everything. You can give some responsibility to Bron but ultimately it's the organization at fault.

@RatioNChill @calvingonba This is the dumbest argument, do better man! They said "No" to Bron on numerous occasions before that so why is it Bron's fault? Who made Pelinka throw a pick into that trade? It's Pelinka's job and ultimately his responsibility & his failure even if Bron endorsed it.

@SpyrosVelentzas @pelinkaburner That archetype does sound correct. Wiggins is better than DK. Picks allow you to draft & develop that style of player. I think this is a good move for those reasons. I also think LA should get younger players and hold on to them instead of cycling through role players every year

@marvelhoops @pelinkaburner You need to play in your star strengths while you covering for his weakness. Athletic defenders with high motor that can shoot 3s is the way. Don't try to mimic OKC. That's how Luka is going to win. Anything else is waste of time. So get
