Good news! I AM active military and my degree is in Criminology. Military RoE and civilian police UoF continuum are completely different beasts with different rules and standards. We've been using retarded RoE standards for retarded reasons that have hamstringed our ability to be an effective fighting force. Thankfully, civilian police are still allowed to defend themselves from violent felons trying to run them over after attempting to evade detainment. Fun fact, if a law enforcement officer orders you out of your vehicle, you are generally lawfully detained. Attempting to run them over gives justification to put you 6 feet under.

ICE isn't even allowed stop a car UNLESS they have reasonable suspicion that a vehicle contains undocumented immigrants or if they are targeting a specific individual with a warrant. NEITHER of those stipulations were true today. Cold. Blooded. Murder. Abolish ICE.

@BackupHangman They really need to figure out Shota Umino the way they did Tsuji. He is so good and after his failures, I think he should turn the corner to become the number 2 or 3 guy for the company. Definitely should be competitive in the G1.

The talent is there on this roster. It’s just about elevating guys to where they need to be and staying consistent with that. To this point it hasn’t been properly communicated which talents are on the same tier as Yota Tsuji and hierarchical booking is pivotal to any great promotion.
