@theJagmeetSingh I understand the potential logic. Hear me out. I work with under 16s. Several insisted that their pronouns changed. 2 yrs later, they decided that wasn't for them. Some did it just to copy the legit trans kid. Its a fine line. All we can do is believe that them & support them.

The 2 school boards tagged were local ones. I guess I hit a nerve somewhere. Again, no board OR school was specifically mentioned as participating in behaviour which allows bullies to continue. Infact, @DCDSB has strict prevention that they follow: dcdsb.ca/en/parents/Bul…

How about we stop the bullies within schools instead of giving them a free pass. So many kids are being affected and nothing is being done about it. The bullies are traumatizing staff and students. @DDSBSchools @DurhamCatholic #bullying #mentalhealth
