@SkyHelpTeam I’ve received the absolute worst customer service support from your team. Intermittent broadband and TV for over a year. As customers of 19+ yrs we’ve had no option to leave but am now being told we can’t as are in contract! We will be reporting this to CISAS!

@SkyHelpTeam 2 days without broadband now! I run a business from home and my daughter is studying for her GCSEs, so we are both heavily reliant on needing broadband. What is going on?

@SkyHelpTeam Working from home during a global pandemic is hard enough without having to deal with no broadband for half a day. I could maybe understand an hour tops but 4+ hrs! That’s half a day of lost earnings! Not good enough I’m afraid 😳
