Red is the correct answer. Statistical significance on spins is immaterial. Sometimes wheels, as physical devices, develop biases, sometimes carpet sags, and/or sometimes dealers form habits. Although 30 spins is not significant statistically, if the general odds remain the same then red is still your best bet as the potential for a bias is better to wager on as opposed to the opposite Often pit bosses will approach roulette dealers and say "change your spin" if they notice a visible bias in the dealers spin In the end you are what's called "ev-" no matter what but if you are going to play the better bet is toward the potential bias.
