Quarantine has caused us all to stop using our vehicles less which has led to less emissions and anthropogenic gases which is great for the environment! Although quarantine has been bad, trying to continue these practices into the future could be great. #apesair @franklinlorax

@FranklinSabers I am making sure to use my reusable water bottle as much as I can rather than wasting plastic bottles. This is a great way to keep the environment clean. #gainfhsapes

A contributor to air pollution is gasoline. It releases vapors and toxins into the air. Burning gasoline produces carbon dioxide which is a greenhouse gas.#apesair @franklinlorax

Basements are a part of nearly every house in our area. Due to high levels of radon resulting from the breakdown of natural uranium, this used to be a huge risk for lung cancer. @franklinlorax #apesair

Every time I leave a room in my house I make sure to turn off every switch to avoid unnecessary energy usage. This is a great way to save energy and help the environment! #apesenergy @franklinlorax

One way to conserve energy is by turning off any unnecessary lights and systems. A lot of energy can be saved by doing this process! @franklinlorax #apesenergy

These rocks have a high porosity and permeability due to how large they are compared to other materials like sand or soil. However, they have a lower water retention compared to those materials so when this snow melts the water will go straight through! #apesland @franklinlorax

My bed and desk is made out of the same kind of wood which is oak wood. Logging is becoming a huge issue because wood is a popular material used in furniture. @franklinlorax #apesland

If everyone lived like me we would need 3.7 earths in order to survive. One way I can reduce this is by walking or biking to nearby destinations. @franklinlorax #apespop

If everyone lived like me, it would take over 4 Earths to provide enough resources. One way to reduce my ecological footprint is to either carpool more, or take more public transportation each week! @franklinlorax #apespop

Carter used to be quite the overnourished child. However, now he has grown into his body and receives the proper amount of proteins, fats, and carbs. @franklinlorax #apespop

After taking the ecological footprint quiz I found that it would take 3.9 earths to support me. However after making changes to my lifestyle I cut it down to 2.4 earths. If we all take the initiative to change we could make earth a much better place!@franklinlorax #apespop

Carpooling allows reduced amounts of cars on the road and is a great way to make a cleaner and greener ecosystem. This leads to a decrease in air pollution, noise pollution, carbon emission and greenhouse gas emission. #apespop @franklinlorax

This is my dog Maisy. She is a K-selected species, which means that she would produce few offspring, raise them until they are mature, as well as live in a stable environment. #apesecology @franklinlorax

This is my dog Charlie, he is an example of a k-strategist. When dogs have babies they produce few offspring, they treat their puppies with care! #apeseco @franklinlorax
