@eDreams_en I have been following up for my flight ticket refund of 2020 till now and there is absolutely no clarity on the refund @eDreams is saying that the airlines @airindiain will process the refund and @airindiain says edream will do the same.

@Motawif_SA From Canada, We are trying to pay for the last 3 hours every time a message pops up says: (oops! something went wrong pleqse try again later) We are trying to call customer servict as well for past hours, no answer all busy or are kept on hold then it hangs on!Any solutions!?
