Pilgrims using the @Motawif_SA portal have been advised to contact @Motawif_SA if they are experiencing issues relating to payments or selecting from the dozens of available packages. The 'safelisting' of email addresses for payements can be done by @Motawif_SA support team.

First round of successful applicants selected by the electronic draw will be notified starting today. We'll continue to contact successful applicants until all the quota has been filled If you haven't yet heard from us yet, please be patient as all applications are being reviewed

Applications are being reviewed and updated by @Motawif_SA via motawif.com.sa/booking/en-sa/… Some applications have had their status updated by either stating pending or approved. As the previous announcement stated this will take place over the coming days so patience is essential
