@insidethegroove I'm still so impressed with how she put a scent in each of the original albums. Patchouli just takes me right back to that time now. I'm not sure I've ever seen any other artist do something like it.

Madonna was so famous and so established just 6 years into her career that she didn’t need her face on the album cover. So confident was she, the 12” single of the lead single not only didn’t have her face, it even didn’t have her name (they added a sticker for retail).

Just told my mate that my brother wrote to Jim’ll Fix It asking to play table tennis with Desmond Dekker. Then realised it was Desmond Douglas. My brother got no reply anyway. (Wish he had asked to play table tennis with Desmond Dekker but am mainly glad he didn’t go).

@lifeonpigrow I planted loads of hornbeam hedge last year, but it really struggled with the lack of rain. Hope it's a better year this year.
