Explain to me in BALL terms what makes Bill Russell a top 10 players? Just Ball. He wasn't a good shooter, he was good rebounder but not the best rebounder. He played good defense? Sure for the era that average 120. Often played with not 1 but 3-4 HOFer players. Hoarded the best players in the NBA. Putting Russell in the same tier as Kareem or Wilt is truly laughable

@CouncilW9 I think, over the years, they have worked on the public relations part of it, to appear more moderate. E.g., some of their speakers are very legit. so it gives them the sheen of respectability that say, Mass Fiscal does not have.
