🧵Tonight, myself, Pastor Rick Scarborough, Jessica Sivadge, and Bonnie Wallace spoke at the Houston ISD Board Meeting to raise awareness about the sexually explicit content available to minors in HISD schools. For those outside of TX, HISD is the largest school district in TX with over 183K students. We each had 1 min to speak. I realized half way through that I was not going to finish my statement, and I had also planned to read from a book called “The Haters”, which is found in 7 HISD High Schools. It is an AWFUL book with 196 F BOMBS! My sweet friend Bonnie Wallace spoke ahead of me, & tried to read aloud from one of the filthy books. She was not allowed to do so by the board, & WAS ESCORTED OUT OF THE MEETING BY POLICE. What an upside down world we live in that we can’t read the filth to a room full of ADULTS, but it’s perfectly fine to put it in front of MINORS WITH OUR TAX DOLLARS. 🤯 I’ll put in the comments my statement that I had planned to read to the HISD Board if given the chance, and the other videos. Bottom line, we MUST take action to protect our children from harmful content whether it’s social media, movies, music or BOOKS! They deserve the BEST literature possible…not filth. And, as I said in my statement to HISD, following the law is a requirement…not a suggestion. ⚖️ @Moms4Liberty @TinaDescovich @V_Sivadge @cslape @mamaknowsbooks @momofnell @M4LHaysCoTx @M4LWilCoTX @Moms4LibertyGC @drbone4tx @2fight4liberty @CMooreFreedom @ShanaSFuller @captivating_21 @OccupyLibraries @TexasEd911 @TxEdStrategies @GregAbbott_TX @KenPaxtonTX @SteveTothTX @realmitchlittle @houston_cf @RAPHOOPTX @libsoftiktok @REVWUTRUTH @Rebecca_LPC @Bentley4Texas @ZebraStrongMama @nicolle99953150 @DeskofMattCone @RealRichardVega @paigered3 @htxkidsfirst @DanPatrick @robbystarbuck @bennyjohnson @kellyske @PriscillaWest77 @JulieABehling @JackPosobiec @QueenAnticommie @RealGemBalboa @SteveLovesAmmo @HonShawnThierry @ManoForTexas @MaryBowdenMD @MoCoAdvocate @Julie4TX @Nelsontiffanyb @HoustonISD

My full public comment that I didn’t have enough time to read: Hi, my name is Denise Bell.  I’m a mom of 4, I’m a former parent in HISD and I’m the Chapter Chair for Moms for Liberty Harris county.  I’m here to speak on agenda item 2, and to express my concerns about your new proposed book acquisition list based on your current library collection which contains sexually explicit literature that is available to minors in your schools.    As a public school district, you are state sponsored and taxpayer funded,  Therefore, the materials that you put in front of children must be curated very carefully.  School districts have a right and a responsibility to not only make sure the books they provide are age appropriate, but to also remove any materials that are considered 1) Not Educationally Suitable or 2) Pervasively Vulgar. I’d like to remind the HISD board and administration that you have ability to remove books that don’t follow the guidelines set forth by the US Supreme Court in the PICO Court Case, but you also have the responsibility to meet the requirements set forth by the Texas State Library and Archives Commission (TSLAC), as well as state laws like HB 900 and SB13.  SB 13 is very specific in that it “prohibits library materials with “profane content” or “indecent content” from school library collections. The definitions of profane and indecent content come from FCC broadcast guidelines”.   With these things in mind, I’d like to read an example of inappropriate material that can be found in your libraries currently, and I ask you to consider if this particular book (and others like it) are allowed under the guidelines and laws that I just mentioned.  In addition, if you are uncomfortable hearing this read in a board meeting, I would assume you are twice as concerned about putting it into the hands of minors.  The example I’m going to read from is a book called “The Haters” and it can be found in the following high schools:  Bellaire, DeBakey, East Early, Eastwood, Energy Institute, Furr, and Heights.  The book is extremely graphic and troubling due to sexually explicit content.  It also contains 196 F bombs and other vulgar language.  Because of the content, I would like to ask any minors present to please leave the board meeting for the remainder of my public comment. “She straddled me and pulled her top off and her breasts flopped out and I heard them more than saw them. She reached behind herself and kind of carefully took my not hard dick into one and pretty soon I couldn't really think about anything else and pretty soon after that I was hard and she took her hand away and I heard her opening some little crinkly package and I felt her put the cool plasticky middle of the condom snugly on the front of my dick like she was shrink wrapping it and I felt her fingernails through the plastic like the legs of a crab fingernailing their way down my dick and she rose up a little and adjusted her panties and breathed harder and opened her mouth... The moment she put me inside her I came. I mean the exact moment. FUCK, I said, and l curled up around her like a snail, and kept coming about a hundred times, and I said fuckfuckfuckfuck, until she said sssshhhhhh, and pushed me back down onto my back and just lay on top of me I implore the board to take a hard look at the books that can be found in your school libraries, and that you would take immediate action to remove sexually explicit material.  Following the law is not a suggestion, but a requirement. Thank you.

How funny. X appropriately labeled this content as “adult”. But Mr. Greene seems to freely post this type of content on Meta without consequence.

🚨🚨🚨Parents in Katy ISD, you need to do some major research on your school board candidate options. TX Scorecard dropped an article today about Katy ISD school board candidate “Reverend” David Green, and it’s highly concerning…especially with regard to Mr. Greene’s social media accounts. Per TX Scorecard’s investigation, we see that Mr. Greene has posts that communicate the following viewpoints: *Sex Work is work *Pronouns are valid *Purity Culture Sucks *Religion tries to interfere with our sex lives In addition, Scorecard obtained the following statement from Mr. Greene: “Like many people, I have shared a range of content on social media over time, going back more than a decade, including humor and commentary on current events. Those posts are not policy positions, and they are not related to the responsibilities of a Katy ISD trustee,” Greene wrote in a statement to Texas Scorecard. “Voters deserve clarity about what this role actually is. A school board trustee is responsible for governance. That includes setting policy, adopting a responsible budget, and holding the superintendent accountable for student outcomes. It does not include regulating personal expression or revisiting years of social media content.” He also wrote in his statement that schools should be law-abiding, focus on student outcomes, and that “no one else should get to parent someone else’s child,” stating that Katy ISD parents have “full visibility” into what the district is teaching, and “where permitted” may remove their child from certain lessons.” While Mr. Greene feels that his social media posts are not “related to the responsibilities of a Katy ISD trustee”, I would argue that they do reveal his values & character…they also raise major 🚩🚩🚩. Parents in Katy, we encourage you to really research your candidates well. And if there are no candidates that align with your values, it’s time to think about the next election cycle, and what you can do about that. 🚨🚨🚨Houston parents, join us next Wednesday (3/25) for our chapter meeting as we will be discussing a very important topic. COMPREHENSIVE SEX EDUCATION (CSE). One of the things you will hear about during our meeting is SIECUS. Who/what is SIECUS? **SIECUS** (originally the **Sexuality Information and Education Council of the United States**, now officially branded **SIECUS: Sex Ed for Social Change**) is a Washington, D.C.-based national nonprofit organization founded in 1964. “Formed by Dr. Mary Calderone (then medical director at Planned Parenthood) and several colleagues established it as the first U.S. organization dedicated solely to promoting sex education, and what the founders saw as a lack of accurate information for young people. It has evolved into a leading advocate for **comprehensive sexuality education (CSE)**. SIECUS Mission and Approach SIECUS’s mission centers on advancing sex education through **advocacy**, **policy work**, and **coalition building**. Its vision is an EQUITABLE society where everyone receives sex education that AFFIRMS identities (including LGBTQIA+), supports informed decisions about health, pleasure, and wholeness, and drives broader SOCIAL CHANGE around EQUITY, consent, reproductive JUSTICE, and ANTI-OPPRESSION.” **Do you see the words: SOCIAL CHANGE EQUITY REPRODUCTIVE JUSTICE ANTI-OPPRESSION For those of you that know Marxist/Communist/Socialist/Collectivist lingo, it becomes apparent what SIECUS true motives are: anti-family and traditional marriage, anti gender binary and traditional gender roles, and pro promiscuity, pro abortion. Comprehensive Sex Ed is NOT SIMPLY A BIOLOGY LESSON. SIECUS tells you on their own website their intention is SOCIAL CHANGE. Translation: SIECUS IS PART OF THE EFFORT TO TRANSFORM OUR CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC INTO A COLLECTIVIST STATE. @Moms4Liberty @kellyske @PriscillaWest77 @JulieABehling @ConceptualJames @luce_lexi @ALEXNEWMAN_JOU @iamlisalogan @mamaknowsbooks @cslape @momofnell @captivating_21 @ShanaSFuller @CMooreFreedom @2fight4liberty @drbone4tx @M4LHaysCoTx @M4LWilCoTX @Moms4LibertyGC @ZebraStrongMama @Bentley4Texas @Rebecca_LPC @OccupyLibraries @TxEdStrategies Register for our chapter meeting here! docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAI…

@WillieBee12 Well in 2018 when she was first elected/took office she was only 27. That’s pretty young to be the county judge for the 3rd largest (by population) county in the USA. At that point she didn’t have much job experience either.

@M4LHarris We have different definitions for "very young." Harris County has the county judge it deserves.

For those of you that live outside of Houston/Harris County, please know that we have a very young, entitled, collectivist County Judge in Harris County (Lina Hidalgo). And if you are not familiar with the power a County Judge has, I describe it as being the “mayor” of a county. A county judge in Texas is the presiding officer of the governing body of a county government, the five-member county commissioners court. This court sets the budget, tax rate, & policies for the county. Now that you know the role of a county judge, take a look at what ours did this week at the Houston rodeo. This is the type of behavior we have been living with since 2018. Statement from Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo: Judge Lina Hidalgo has attended the 2026 Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo on three occasions prior to March 10, each time with wristbands provided by the Rodeo for her and her guests to watch from the chute seats. In total, 21 tickets were provided to her across those visits, including for the J Balvin, Forrest Frank and Luke Bryan concerts with a total value of close to $9,000. Chute seats are among the most premium experiences at RODEOHOUSTON, with tickets priced at approximately $425 each. Many guests purchase these seats specifically for the opportunity to be close to the action on the dirt and enjoy a special evening at the Rodeo. We have paying guests who invest in that experience, and our volunteers and staff work hard to ensure those guests receive what they paid for. Tickets at any level have not been requested by any other elected official in Houston or Harris County this year. On March 10 we received information that the Judge wanted to attend the Megan Moroney concert, along with Creed, Chris Stapleton and Shaboozey concerts, all on the dirt. Because the Megan Moroney concert was sold out and she'd already had chute seats several times prior, we had multiple conversations with members of her team and the Houston County Sports and Convention Corporation informing them that she did not have wristbands and was not authorized to access the dirt or chute area that evening. She was aware of this prior to arriving and did not have the required wristbands to enter the area. Despite that, Judge Hidalgo attempted to access the dirt area with guests who also did not have credentials or wristbands. She did have access to suite tickets that evening and was asked to return to her suite where she and her guests had tickets for the event. Our team respectfully addressed the situation, but the interaction became difficult for staff and security. There were numerous law enforcement officers who were present and none saw any physical harm including "manhandling". Ultimately when she would not go back to her designated seats in the suite, she was escorted out. We are very disappointed in Judge Hidalgo's actions Tuesday night and since. But we must enforce the same access policies for everyone. The Judge is the only elected official to request, even demand, these seats night after night. As Chairwoman of the Board, the idea that she was treated this way because she's a woman or Hispanic is absolutely false and insulting. We want to thank our Gatekeepers volunteer committee and law enforcement for the professionalism they showed in handling this situation. These volunteers and first responders generously commit their time to support the Rodeo and help ensure that policies are followed so every guest can enjoy the event. As a family-friendly Houston event with millions of visitors each year, we are committed to providing a welcoming experience to the entire community. The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo is committing $30 million to Texas youth and education in 2026 alone, with a total commitment of more than $660 million. We look forward to a busy week ahead and nine incredible days of Rodeo still to come.
