For some odd reason, modern games can't seem to handle simple mirror reflections without using Path Tracing that requires an RTX 4090 to run somewhat decently. Why don't they just handle mirror reflections the same way as GTA: San Andreas did on a PS2 console?

it has some good bosses and the quality is fairly consistent, but there are very few I would consider truly great (owlz isshin, genichiro) and there are quite a few stinkers
