Nobody talks about the longevity of Sheikh Abdul-Rahman Sudais. We all grew up listening to Sudais and many people memorized the Qur’an through his recitation. After over 40 years as Imam of Masjid Al Haram, he is still going till today. At an age where many voices begin to fade, Sheikh Sudais recitation still carries a rare brilliance. Time has neither touched his voice nor the soul within his tilawah. A truly unique individual, May he continue to live long.

Muslim, and an Imam is doing this and creating awareness about it publicly; It good to see that some people still don't compromise, but most importantly that this is coming from an Imam because they have been a lot of hate and blame directed towards religions lately. If an Imam can outrightly condemn this, think twice before you generalize all Muslims and Northeners.
