If I were managing their X account, I’d focus on closing that gap through: 1.Product education Simple product educational posts like: “How to accept international payments” “What happens when a payment fails?” 2.Customer stories Real use cases would always beat generic testimonials any day and any time. Example: “How a Nigerian fashion brand scaled to the UK using Flutterwave” beats ““How Businesses scaled to the UK using Flutterwave” 3.Fintech Industry Commentary Flutterwave should be leading conversations on African fintech. Posts on new CBN policies, trends in digital payments across Africa, etc. 4.Real-time engagement Reply to comments, quote users testimonials when needed, join fintech trending conversation, and more. 5.Behind the scenes Show the humans building the product. For example: “Meet our CEO, @TechProd_Arch, the man behind…” “Meet the Engineer behind our payment API…” 6.Data & insights Fintechs sit on powerful data and these data should be used to the company’s biggest advantage. 7.Product updates Strategic updates on new updates in a way that immediately communicates the value to readers. Example: “You can now receive USD payments faster and here is what it means for your business.” 8.Founder & developer threads These posts would target both existing developers using Flutterwave and potential ones. 9.Memes and light contents I would post relatable memes to keep the brand human and relatable. Examples: “When your payment finally goes through” “When your customer is not in your country but you Flutterwave has a solution to the payment barrier [insert image of a happy business person/ image of a person walking with shoulders up” 10.Partnership contents Highlight integration with other platforms and collaboration with banks, start ups, and global platforms.
