This case of the Gachagua's looks more political than legal. The estate of Nderitu Gachagua was settled years ago. He left a WILL naming 21 beneficiaries wives, children, relatives and in 2018, all of them appeared before the High Court and confirmed they were satisfied. Matter closed. The administrators included Rigathi Gachagua, alongside respected legal minds. Fast forward to 2024 suddenly the issue resurfaces during impeachment noise, despite even Kibwezi West MP Mwengi Mutuse failing to prove any wrongdoing in Parliament. Truth is simple: this is a settled family matter being revived for political mileage not justice. In politics, even closed chapters can be reopened not for truth, but for convenience. Family matters shouldn't be politicized especially by those who aren't even anywhere close relatives to those concerned. But in that same spirit, I hope wamunyoro has included his brother's wife & her children in his will too.

@georgediano Something not adding up. Why 21 people were involved when the deceased left 4 children or so? Justice wasn't done to the wife(ves) and children of the late. Riggy G wasn't supposed to get anything from the deceased's wealth. May be he was a shareholder?
