See how the Richest man in the world is recruiting, but Nigerian companies would want you to have 10 years of experience using 25 tools. "Smart humans figure it out fast," that's fucking genius @elonmusk I wish other companies would emulate this and know that learning on the job is a normal thing.

I REJECT THE CONCOCTED RESULTS OF THE ADC PRESIDENTIAL PRIMARIES Following reports of widespread voter disenfranchisement in most parts of the country during the African Democratic Congress (ADC) Presidential Primaries yesterday, I unequivocally reject the concocted results being announced. I had initially stated that I will only accept the outcome of the Primaries if the process was free, fair, and transparent, and I stand by my word. I will not accept results from a process that does not reflect the values that the ADC had pledged to uphold, to rescue Nigerians from the impunity and gross mismanagement that our country is currently facing in the hands of the ruling party. There’s no way that about eighty percent of members of the party were not allowed to vote, and you expect me to accept such results. Then what makes us different from the others? The whole idea of the ADC was to give the Nigerian people a platform, to amplify the voices of the downtrodden, and make Nigeria a better place for everyone irrespective of backgrounds, ethnicity, or religion. A party that criticizes the ruling APC and INEC for vote buying, rigging and writing of results, cannot be engaged in vote buying, writing of results, and other electoral malpractices that leads to the disenfranchisement of voters who are party members. This is not acceptable! - Rt Hon. Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi

It's actually a sad reality Some people think we change lions and antelopes all day... But one truth exists in what she said. Africans are inferior in this time and age. You can argue all you want under my comment, but facts are facts. In all the countries where you have blacks and whites present, the poor areas are dominated by blacks, and the rich areas are dominated by whites. This doesn't mean that there aren't superbly smart Africans. We have Africans in different sectors of the world, doing exploits and dominating. But on average, Africans are inferior for now, until we level up.

The aid industry raises money by showing the world images of African children with flies in their eyes and swollen bellies.  That money is supposed to help us. But those images do something else too. They plant a belief.  One of my employees, Yahara, told me she grew up thinking Africans were inferior because every magazine showed people like her looking pathetic while the world "saved" them. Aid didn't just fail to fix poverty. It taught an entire generation of Africans to feel small.

Some wounds don’t bleed… but they destroy you silently. Physical pain is easier to heal because you can SEE it. You know where it hurts. You can explain it. Doctors can diagnose it. People can sympathize with it. But emotional pain? That’s different. Nobody sees the anxiety. Nobody sees the trauma. Nobody sees the sleepless nights, the overthinking, the silent breakdowns, the fake smiles, or the battles happening inside your mind. And sometimes… the healing process feels harder than the pain itself. Because healing emotionally means: • confronting memories you buried • accepting painful truths • letting go of people you loved • forgiving yourself • breaking toxic patterns • facing the version of you that was hurt That’s why many people stay wounded internally while pretending externally that everything is okay. But unhealed pain will eventually speak. In your anger. In your relationships. In your loneliness. In your self-worth. In your habits. So stop focusing only on the pain around you… and start focusing on the pain within you. Real healing starts internally. ❤️ #emotionalhealing #HealingJourney #MentalHealth #selfhealing #innerhealing #traumahealing #heartbreak #overthinking #depressionawareness #anxiety #selflove #pain #growth #mindset #motivation #viral #fyp #foryou #deepthoughts #relatable
