@ashleigh_rosss@GrahamSmyth Reminder that @andrearadri thought it would be a good idea to sack this man when we were 16th in the league after we'd just gone through the hardest run of fixtures and we were only 3 points off a 1 point per game ratio. Then replace him with a fucking PE teacher. Fuck my life.
FT Leeds United 0-0 Brentford
A horrible, horrible game. I called this must win before the game, because winnable games are coming and going now. But Leeds can't really say they deserve it just because they put balls in the box.

@GrahamSmyth Of course they did. Every single time, a simple rule fix is, if your player is down injured then you can’t speak to the coach. It would eradicate this:
Some of the Brentford players went for instruction and a drink, I should say. Not all.
But we do hope Kelleher is okay. He looks alright thankfully.

FT Crystal Palace 0-0 Leeds United
Take that all day long. A very good point in the end. What could have been without the penalty miss and the dreadful sending off.

The last time Bramall took charge of a Leeds match, the 2‑1 defeat to Tottenham Hotspur in early October 2025, the aftermath was a quiet storm of frustration from Farke. He declined to launch a direct tirade (a sensible move to avoid a possible charge) but made it clear that he felt the officiating had been inconsistent and overly tolerant of Tottenham’s “game‑management” tactics, from time‑wasting to dubious free‑kick decisions. “I have to be careful and do not like to comment,” he said, adding that the encounter had become “a big talking point” and even earned him a letter from the league. In his view, Leeds were the superior side, higher possession, better expected‑goals (xG) and more chances created, yet two deflected strikes and a dismissed penalty claim for Pascal Struijk left a sour taste.
74 - Justin bursts beyond Johnson, who has a nibble. The Leeds player doesn't go down and roll, though. No second yellow. Bramall remembers who he's booked this time.

I was here the last time Chelsea came to play in the FA cup. Same stand. February 1982. 12 years old. Just as excited tonight as I was then… @BBCSportWales commentary online and radio. With Barry Horne…
