Time traveller. Things were better tomorrow. Long black curly teeth. Used to be a dog-thing, surgery has corrected. Nationalise McDonald’s. Stop tick abuse.

@DrSelvarajah A list of totally unconnected issues. I worry about those who see racism everywhere . There is too much race baiting. We all need to stop talking about it. Doctor.

@DrSelvarajah You need to look ahead rather than using history to provoke a pointless argument. ‘Dude.’

What many nondisabled people don’t realize is that when a disabled person gets a wheelchair, it often makes that disabled person more mobile than they have ever been.

Just a reminder: accepting you're struggling with your mental health is not a weakness.

@CampaignNhs @lindast83522983 Of course there is bad doctoring, though not common. There are mechanisms for highlighting and correcting errant practice through appraisal, audit and complaints procedures etc., which are effective if properly implemented.

@gji1964 Don't doctors just skip the NHS queue anyway?

Just seen an advert for position as NHS GP. The package includes private health insurance. Is this right/moral/ethical or just a sign that everyone working in the NHS knows what a parlous state the NHS is in???

Can someone who knows about these things, please explain why the women’s hand beachball team must expose so much skin or be fined . Why is that rule there? Why so much skin? What’s the justification? Men don’t have to expose themselves. Really genuinely want to know.

@CampaignNhs This is largely true, and is in large part due to political interference, protocol adherence and the influence of agencies such as NICE.

@CampaignNhs @Tommothebiglad Part of being a safe and effective clinician is knowing limitations and knowledge areas which are deficient . Too many arrogant ‘I know best ‘ doctors out there . The ‘ Expert patient’ really does exist.

So GP couldn’t syringe my ears because govt guidance wouldn’t let them. So I phoned the Private hospital, no problem £82. Paid the money had it done. Sent the GP the bill for lying. Just had him on the phone whining, I’m afraid he got both barrels. WTF is wrong with the NHS ?

@DeanEggitt Navigating investigation templates on practice systems is becoming increasingly challenging. I think this is deliberate.
