That’s a new one: #Eagles DT Jalen Carter ejected without playing a snap for apparently spitting on Dak Prescott’s chest during an injury timeout.

Broadcast shows Dak spit first, albeit down, before seeming to nod toward Jalen Carter. Then Dak and Jalen walked toward each other, after which Jalen spit toward Dak. Direction and proximity spitting seems to be the officiating distinction here.

@TheDraftShow How does your analysis begin from such a huge player pool? Do you just assess draft eligible players, have you watched them through HS, is it because they stand out from games you have watched, opinions of others? How do you even begin to separate wheat from chaff

@DVSAgovuk Trying to book a practical test for my daughter and having tried many random dates between now and when her theory test expires we can find no available dates. Are we doing something wrong?

@archivetvmus71 When you nail the title of a show. I mean, Emerald and Iron? Diamond and Aluminium? I remember watching it. Couldn’t tell you what it was about now 🤷🏻‍♂️

@fastic It works. The mental element of switching on and off the fasting phase helps eliminate the temptation to snack or forage. However you must limit your intake during the 8 hour eating phase and avoid the risk of binging.

@JohnFinnemore Has this helped John? I’ve used the thread for recommendations and the only repeating books are Nightwatch or The Martian. Not so helpful if you don’t like Pratchett or you’ve seen the Matt Damon film. Try The Watchmaker of Filligree St by Natasha Pulley It’s quite original

What’s the best novel you’ve read published this century? RULES 1) Only ONE. No ‘Either X or Y’. No ‘Anything by Z’. I’m making you choose. One novel. 2) Published in or after 2000. 3) That you have read, to the end. 4) You can interpret the silly word ‘best’ however you like.

@JohnFinnemore Fifty Fifty by Steve Cavanagh. Twin sisters accused murder and each blame each other. Cavanaghs finely crafted writing keeps you guessing till the end. Hard to put down.
