Can a tutor issue ivoices to preply instead of issuing them to students if he needs to comply with gst laws of india or are tutors allowed to issue invoice to the students ?@PreplyCom

@TheOfficialSBI I have been trying to get netbanking service activated for my new savings bank account at one of the villages in yadgir district of Karnataka and still no success. Internet banking is critical as yono mobileapp works only if android version is 12 or more. Please fix my issue.
