Can a tutor issue ivoices to preply instead of issuing them to students if he needs to comply with gst laws of india or are tutors allowed to issue invoice to the students ?@PreplyCom

@PreplyCom@Preply Very disappointing experience. A tutor behaved unprofessionally and insulted me, but my review was removed and I cannot leave another one after being blocked. This means future students cannot see honest negative experiences.

I woke up 4:15 and perfectly did prepare for the class. But just looking at my face on PC. But I utilized the time using ChatGPT as my English teacher
As a tutor, I joined a scheduled lesson on time, waited, and marked the student absent. Later, the student cancelled the class after the lesson time, and my payment wasn’t processed. Support is asking me to rebook using student balance. @PreplyCom@preplyDl

@PreplyCom You should focus, instead, on providing a good website for your users. There is no way to contact support. You provide no email, no chat, nothing. How do I contact support to explain that no matter what I do, I am not provided with a form to fill out to become a tutor?

Your system seems to be charging my credit card and then canceling all the lessons that I schedule. Is there a problem in your computer system? I have heard back via Preply messaging from the instructor. The problem seems to be with your scheduling system.

@PreplyCom Your filters are rather useless. They don't help me at all to determine who would be a good match for me. Why don't you have anyone I can talk with? If this is what you call customer service, then maybe I should just move on.
@PreplyCom I need to learn Hebrew, and someone recommended Preply. I signed up and selected "Find your tutor," only to discover that there are 214 choices, making the process impossible. Your website provides zero guidance. HELP!
