@PreplyCom Your filters are rather useless. They don't help me at all to determine who would be a good match for me. Why don't you have anyone I can talk with? If this is what you call customer service, then maybe I should just move on.

@PreplyCom I need to learn Hebrew, and someone recommended Preply. I signed up and selected "Find your tutor," only to discover that there are 214 choices, making the process impossible. Your website provides zero guidance. HELP!

Wait a hot minute. If you don't use all of your @PreplyCom sessions before your subscription renews, you simply lose those lessons AND your money? After my DELE exam, I wanted to take a break from Spanish. Let's just say I was surprised that I only have 4 instead of 8-10 lessons.

@PreplyCom Please assist. I am having trouble logging in, but I’m still getting emails related to lesson confirmations required to pay teachers. The app is not recognizing my account login details. I rescheduled a lesson via the link in the email, however. Please advise.

@SamToBenkyou Yes. You can have a separate subscription with each tutor you want to learn with. You can also transfer lessons from one tutor to another.

@PreplyCom Hello! I'm new to your site and am still getting used to it. Is there a way to book with multiple teachers at once? I'm learning multiple languages, & generally prefer multiple tutors per language too for variety and extra practice. Thanks! :)
