@_nilni @threejs It's basically a shader for material + script that generates geometry on the fly. Engine just connects both together and displays

Fascinating to look at PRs in the Bun repo: much of it is AI reviewers talking with AI bots...! CodeRabbit and Claude review bot talking with Robobun. Screenshot from this PR: github.com/oven-sh/bun/pu…

@GergelyOrosz I often have Claude + Codex + me conversations, and Claude seems to favor my ideas over Codex’s. Maybe user messages outrank tool results—but I may be biased and have no data.

@mateuszmig why would it matter? would code be critiqued differently? reverese question: would you review code coming from a human dev with a different standard than if an agent sent the PR?

Playing a Minecraft-like game directly in my TV’s web browser with a controller connected. Practical? Probably not, like 20 FPS. But it's so damn cool! #Threejs #WebGL #gamedev

@mateuszmig @thdxr This is interesting. I checked the site. It’s a little complex to setup with AI agent links. I’d prefer a paid model where all the AI configurations is done in the background. Also, it’s missing 2d game options, and it’s not really made for mobile.

@GergelyOrosz We're bragging about how many times per second we can move a paintbrush instead of how many walls we've actually painted—and then we end up selling customers half-painted walls.

Eng team: “we’re doing more with less [fewer people] this is amazing! 🔥 “ Reality for *some* products I use that are like this: there’s a lot less alignment + friction needed thanks to a lot smaller teams. The “alignment” and “friction” no longer present: customer empathy, QA… So the eng team in this case often builds stuff customers cannot use/don’t use/don’t want to use, and far more stuff seen as buggy 🤷‍♂️

@BlendiByl You can take series of screenshots and allow agent to press buttons. I’m trying to implement it in my game editor. But yes human playing/testing is 100 better.

Game dev with AI is great but the real bottleneck now isn't code gen. It's that no model can watch 10 seconds of gameplay and tell you the jump feels "wrong". I think humans in the loop will always have to be there for gaming, but currently even clear visual glitches are missed
