@bizluke You default to auto pilot/ training in the flight/fight/ freeze mindset. This is why training is so important. You cannot always be in the correct mindset. So sharpen your training process for when you need it.

@thescottleese @FriscoSmoove I can only speak for Comp Plans that I have seen. But for those plans, CSM are incentivizing off of the wrong KPIs. They are more focused on Retention and less focused on Growth.
