1. Lactate levels return to normal with 40-60 mins post intense exercise. 2. DOMS doesn't peak until 48-72hrs post intense exercise. So post exercise soreness IS NOT caused by lactate!👌 researchgate.net/publication/23…

Many times it's not the exercises that help patients; it's the process of "doing" the exercises, realising that their body is capable & the resulting pain/discomfort is only less or more manageable than predicted.
