The California Supreme Court has rejected Tory Lanez's request to review his conviction in the Megan Thee Stallion shooting case. The ruling was issued Wednesday (Feb. 25) and reaffirmed Thursday (Feb. 26), coming three months after the California Court of Appeals upheld his conviction. In December 2022, Tory Lanez was convicted of shooting Megan Thee Stallion after a dispute in Los Angeles. He was sentenced to 10 years in prison in August 2023, has maintained his innocence, and failed in multiple appeals. He is eligible for parole in August 2029.
