@TLMaths I’ve been trying to use your videos for the last couple of weeks and keep encountering this message. Is your website not currently available? It happens when I’m trying to access further integration on both chrome and safari. TIA.

@mrsdenyer @mathsteacher09 @draustinmaths @DrFrostMaths @jemmaths Second this. I print my powerpoint to onenote and go from there., Use powerpoint for my animations nad development, onenote for examples.

Help please twitter teacher PPT users. I’ve made the switch from smart notebook to PPT and overall I’m happy. But the one problem is the lack of ‘extend page’ option for lengthy calculations. Anyone got a solution to this problem? @draustinmaths @DrFrostMaths @jemmaths

@mathsteacher09 @ConfusedTim @TheMathsBazaar @draustinmaths @DrFrostMaths @jemmaths What about OneNote? Make the slides in ppt then you can import them and that gives you the infinite canvas. You would lose line by line animation though, if that was important to you.

@mathsteacher09 @draustinmaths @DrFrostMaths @jemmaths How about handwriting on a flip chart? Students need to learn how to write mathematics - this a powerful role for a teacher to model mathematical writing.

@ConfusedTim @TheMathsBazaar @draustinmaths @DrFrostMaths @jemmaths The main thing is the equation editor for writing maths. But also all the auto aligning, automatic date update, some animations…. I was always a massive notebook fan, then forced to use PPT at a school with no interactive boards, now a PPT convert.

@mathsteacher09 @Whitehughes I once read an article about an author who found himself sat next to someone reading one of his books on the tube. He saw that there was a joke coming up and waited several stops past his destination to see if the reader laughed. I can empathise with this now!

I’m really looking forward to teaching proof to year 12 having read chapter 3. I’ve got so many new ideas to have a go at…starting with that beautiful semicornerless chessboard! @mrsouthernmaths @Whitehughes

Beautiful questions like these are why I use @mathspad all day everyday. You can’t answer them without understanding, but they’re not too difficult. I love @mathspad so much. And I will keep shouting that from the rooftops.
