@GranFreskito Yes. In none of the steps that I followed asked for the backup. I think it uses the local WhatsApp data from your phone. Just make sure to JUST uninstall the WhatsApp messenger after you have done the login in the business one and make sure every data is there

WhatsApp is down? I haven't been able to access WhatsApp on my iPhone since this morning. The home screen opens, but then the app goes into the background and I can't access the conversations. Does anyone know what's happening?

@sa_scb “This part” it’s the login in WhatsApp messenger

@sa_scb Uninstall WhatsApp messenger Install WhatsApp messenger (in this part it shows your number again and a warning saying that you’ll lose the WhatsApp Business data but that just the things that you filled in the login before. And then transfers the data back and that’s it)
