"Taal Tarang" was performed by my boys, Anchit, Archisman, Iraban, Rishik, Chiranjay, Shrijato and Arko in the first half. It was a great to present Smt. Chandra Chakraborty alongwith Suvadeep, Soumyadeep(tabla) & Dwaipayan(Harmonium) in the same evening.

Remembering Ustad Ali Akbar Khan at 28th Kolkata International Film Festival through music was indeed an honour to me and my dear friend and brother, Pt. Tejendranarayan Majumdar. Presence of Indradeep Dasgupta, Swapan Shome and Anindyo Banerjee amongst us was indeed a pleasure.

We remembered the great Padmabibhushan Ustad Ali Akbar Khan at his 100th birthday at SSF 2022. It was indeed an honour to share the stage with the legendary violin maestro Dr. L Subramaniam ji, Guru Raghavendra on mridangam and N. Radhakrishnan on ghatam.

It was a matter of nostalgia for me to go back to my alma mater, with my dear students to present what I presented to the audience right from that stage. My heartfelt gratitude to the South Point school and especially to Mrs. Sutapa Chatterjee for conducting such an event.

We presented 'Drum Dreams' at the Indo-Pacific conclave few weeks back. It was an honour to present our music to their excellence, Melinda Pavek, Daniel Sim, Nakagawa Koichi, Meenakshi Mishra and many other dignitaries.

I am honoured and extremely happy to have received The Music Maestro - The Jewel of Bengal Award from IIHM, Kolkata. I would personally like to thank Dr. Suborno Bose and Mrs Bose and their entire team of IIHM for their wonderful hospitality and warmth.

Taaltantra has been my platform for experimentation, working with timeless jazz, Indian classical music, and folk music. Enjoyed immensely as always performing with some brilliant musicians, my brother. Long live good music. Thank you Rahul for offering this concert
