GW38 MEGA THREAD 🚨 Final gameweek of the season. Also my final thread of the season. Firstly, apologies that content has been a bit lighter over the last couple of weeks. Work and life got in the way a little bit and I just haven’t had the same amount of time to dedicate to the account. That said, I really hope the threads, fixture analysis, clean sheet odds, transfer targets and strategy content helped people this season. Scottish fantasy football has a brilliant community and I’ve genuinely appreciated all the support, messages and interactions throughout the year. I’ll definitely be back next season and I’ve already got ideas to improve the account with more stats-driven tools, fixture analysis, projected goals/clean sheet odds and hopefully even more useful planning content 👊 Now let’s finish this season strongly. #FFScotland @GAFFR_io

Bottom six-wise, I’d mostly stay clear of: • St Mirren • Dundee • Aberdeen There’s just too much uncertainty and potential rotation. The ONE bottom six team I really like is Kilmarnock 🔵⚪️ They’ve won every game since the split and they go away to Livingston this week, who are already relegated. Findlay Curtis is absolutely flying right now. He looks full of confidence, keeps returning and honestly looks like somebody trying to play his way into the Scotland squad. He could genuinely be a differential captain option this week. I’m probably going to vice-captain him. If you’ve got Stryjek in goals, I’d absolutely play him too. And as always: Will Ferry remains essential. Even after Dundee United’s inconsistency recently, he just keeps producing points and bonus. Small chance of rotation though ⚠️

GW36 recap - nasty red arrow 117k to 160k. As per the story of the season, the defenders did the heavy lifting whilst the attack contributed very little. My only goal from a guy over 200% owned. 2 weeks to go, 20pts off the top 100k, got some work to do. Podding tonight 20:30!

@LUFC1992_v2 Reality is, if it’s West Ham it’s at least one less London away trip for us to lose at, given our record. Hopefully any of Saints, Hull or Boro go up to avoid us just replacing W’ham with Millwall.

So it looks like an Arsenal victory over West Ham will guarantee Leeds safety. Unfortunately it will also significantly increase the chances of Arsenal winning the league and Tottenham avoiding relegation, which is a bit annoying…

@BenColeyGolf Yep definitely agree. Also their obsession with domestic golfers is a bit too cringy. It maybe just me but there seems to change in tone every time Ramsey or Ferguson has a shot compared to Lindberg or Rodrigues

Really don’t like the way Coltart lays into players for their decision-making, almost always for being aggressive. Lindberg trying to drive 6 is perfectly logical as he’s one of the best drivers on the Tour, and he’s -2 for the week on the hole.

@SheGulls I find the responses/ takes on here as baffling as usual (not you guys obvs). Do people not think that a supremely intelligent operator like Paul Barber, who happens to know the women’s game inside out, would have carefully considered all the implications of a new stadium.

Just in response to some of the comments we are seeing - this isn’t about playing in a ‘bigger’ stadium - otherwise the Amex would be more than capable. Instead it is about building a ‘different’ stadium that is aimed towards the demographic of women’s football supporters and athletes.
