@GWRHelp Utter disgrace. As we were getting off the train (at the front) there was an announcement for anyone ‘struggling with the heat’ could go to the rear two carriages. You can’t get between the sections of the train and this was the first mention from any staff of the issue

@GWRHelp on the 17.16 from Bristol temple meads to Portsmouth harbour. No air conditioning. Train stuck as doors not working. Very very hot and full train. No communication or indication on what’s being done to sort this. Assume full refund available
