We have been in dialogue with Aberdeen FC and Police Scotland and agree that such posts have the potential to cause increased tensions and wish to ensure fans that our allocation has not been reduced for this fixture. While a home club holds responsibility for planning the event in coordination with safety and security groups, both home and away clubs communicate ahead of each match to determine the best measures that ensure a safe, secure, and successful event for all spectators. We take this responsibility seriously. We would like to thank United supporters for backing the team so positively with our allocation selling out in under four hours.
